I always see people praising Rare for their work in the 90s with Nintendo, but honestly, I don't think they are really THAT good

DKC 1 and 2 were pretty good, 3 is no doubt the worst in trilogy
I do own all the games but never really liked them. I just think 2d platformers are boring unless they give you powerups(be mario)

I didn't like Banjo Kazooie, I'm not a fan of running around just to find stuff, I would take SM64 over Banjo any day. Banjo Tooie is pretty much the same.
That does not make the game bad it just is not your taste. As long as its not a collectathon like DK64 I dont mind

Jet Force Gemini was ehhh, just go play Gears of War for a better TPS
I never liked the look of the game and was disappointed with its 2 player mode  but come on really? GOW? 2 generatios later....

Never played DK64 or Conker, might pick up DK soon but Conker is just to expensive
Conker is the better game (and you already said you didnt like collecting stuff thats what you do in Dk64)

GoldenEye is not very good either, not only is it not a very good FPS, but I don't think it is a very good game in general.
Still best console shooter together with perfect dark because it actually gave you something to do. Missions had several challenges depending on your difficulty the missions changed.

Also never played Diddy Kong racing, but I think I will just stick to Mk64 thank you very much
DKR is next to Mario Kart still one of the best racing games ever.

Last but not least

Star Fox Adventures SUCKED, I want a on rails shooter, not a bad Zelda clone
It did not suck at all the ending had its "wtf moment" since they rushed out the game because microsoft.

But what says you?
I say you dont know what you are talking about because you look at those games from todays perspective and expect them to be mediocre streamlined experiences like todays games are. And you didnt even play half of their games at all so you automatically disqualify yourself from having a valuable opinion
