keep 2 screens, double or triple the resolution, go for 2gb of ram of more, make it nearly capable as wii U, unify the OS, crossbuy adn unity support and done.
the inovation should be either that touch/physical buttons merge or advances on N3DS eye tracking for more gameplay capabilities using face recognition.
that should make sense and should please most devs.
Keep it at 200$ and make good software a d that should please consumers too.
