Even with your 12.5m XB1 figure you realise this wouldn't change things? XB1 would have to be at 12.8m (for a draw). That still doesn't go anyway to proving his theory about 360 winding down faster than PS3.

You really need to check your numbers. In total combined the Xbox One & 360 has shipped 98.9m. IF the Xbox One has shipped 12.5m then that leaves 86.4m 360's and it is entirely possible the PS3 has shipped more than that when it's upper shipped limit is 87.3m. We do not know what 2014's 360 numbers are so you cannot say either way which console is winding down faster.

That is not it's upper ship limit tho. It did not beat Sony's 13m forecast in FY 2013. Do your research.

So the upper limit is 87.2m instead of 87.3m and that changes... nothing i'm afraid. 87.2m is still much higher than 86.4m. You can't keep saying one console is above another or that in 2014 the 360 outsold or outshipped the PS3 when nobody knows the 360's 2014 numbers or the PS3's 2012 numbers.
