I gotta agree a bit with Flow. Fatalities may be a gimmick, but it's stuff like that that made Mortal Kombat what it is. Without the blood it's just another generic fighter. Now, I haven't played or cared about MK since I was 14 or so, so the whole thing is no skin off my back, but I think it's fairly dumb from the developers standpoint to take out the thing that most defined your game. There will probably be an outcry from hardcore MK fans, if such people still exist.
