I agree Nintendo should release their products in more places in general. If there's one thing they should copy from Sony it's their way of shoving hardware to every niche of the world. For Wii it's probably too late now, even for China it's an outdated piece of hardware. They should have done it maybe a year or three ago. On the other hand it would be extremely cheap to produce and they'd be selling with profit anyway. It obviously isn't too late for WiiU, though that may be too expensive for the Chinese market.
About iQue; it's basically officially licensed hardware. The iQue company sells it on their behalf and I don't believe Nintendo adds it's sales numbers to their own. We don't know how well it does. They indeed had an N64 version of it, but also a DS and now a 3DS version. Not sure about GBA. Maybe with iQue DS's included, DS actually overtook PS2
