Yes, it can be set-up wirelessly, but it is definitely not the best controller for PC games. The triggers are the main issue. If you play fighting games, the triggers can prove to be problematic. The button isn't read by some games unless the triggers are pressed from a completely neutral position, which is a problem if you're trying to tap the button more than once in succession.
Furthermore, you cannot use more than 1 PS4 controller via blue-tooth at a time. All others must be connected via USB. It's an issue when I'm trying to do 4P multiplayer games with friends.
Then, the face buttons, are stiff because they're not pressure sensitive anymore. Noisy too. I guess unless you're on a fight stick, every USB controller is going to give you issues.
