The only one I really struggled with was Majora's Mask v. Zelda II. Both are significantly different from other Zelda games in great ways.
I just played Minish Cap this year for the first time. It was fun but "Link Between Worlds" is one of my favorite in the entire series. I absolutely loved that game, perhaps that's just my Link to the Past nostalgia kicking in.
