What isn't purchased nowadays? Any kind of investment on a studio is a purchase.

Today's Sony most revered studio (ND) was purchased once. Killzone was purchased, Syphon Filter was purchased, Jack and Dexter, Sly Cooper, LBP, Motorstorm, Infamous.

Any Sony's title that makes significant amount of money outside of GT and GoW, was bought somehow. On PS might I add.

You're crusade against MS seems very childish, especially because you're not well informed and incredibly biased.

There is no crusade. I gave credit for Fable and Forza. Reason being those games were made under their ownership. It doesn't matter if the company was purchased.
