When will we see an actual new IP made by MS?

Few are the games that MS outsources and don't directly envolve. Only usual business partners have free reign on the development process; that would be Remedy, Epic, etc...

The only games from two companies that you can compare in terms of quality are Halo and Forza, because they have competition in the same genre. And you know how that comparison will go.

Outside of Forza and Fable Microsofts primary titles were purchased. There is nothing to defend.
