True but they still have to match God of War 4 & a possible TLoU sequel.  GT + Uncharted vs. Halo + Gears will be even, then all the smaller titles/ mid - tier titles from other Sony first party will outsell whatever MS have coming. IMO Media Molecule could produce a new IP on the scale of Uncharted/ Gears (5 - 6 Million) this gen as well.

MS would find an outside developer to make the games. They would make an excuse saying that its too expensive when they do things themselves. Speaks volumes about them compared to everyone else.
