I mean, it's not like they can really be hard on third parties either. Third parties are the flesh and blood of these consoles, even with their amazing exclusives. PS consoles have always done well because of strong third party support due to the fact that Sony doesn't interfere and let's them do what they gotta do. Same goes for MS. They need these companies more than vice versa, so they're gonna let them do their thing.
