The game isnt broken any longer. I have it and its fixed.

But it wasn't when the bundle hit the market, that is the point. I guess then that you would be happy to buy a car with the engine not working & the salesman telling not to worry, that it will be working in a month or two when they have the new non defective parts!

A car is something that I would give back for the money I am spending if it wasnt working upon purchase. Given my interest in videosgames with a game of this magnitude, I would wait for a patch. Look at the Halo MCC for instance. 343 is doing something tha hasnt been done before, which is having four games in one package and all running online. When tech is being pushed these things happen sometimes. Ubisoft was the one who screwed everyone over in their case though. Pushing a game out of the gate because you need to  meet sales quotas rather than making sure the games quality is ok is a problem. It's a problem of dishonesty in the gaming industry and the offense should be purely attributed to the publisher of said game in this case.
