For a company that prides themselves as being gamers making games for gamers, they sure don't seem to care about some of us gamers.

Look at the end of the day, if I bought the game I should have every right to share my playing experience with other gamers. Games are not like movies or music, where you watch a movie once and then you never need to watch it again. It's a visual experience that you get to control and be a part of.

So no matter how many people wanna say this makes people reconsider buying the game when they can simply view it on youtube; it simply isn't the case with most gamers. I may certainly look up a game and decide it's not my cup of tea but if it even remotely looks fun I'll heavily consider buying it. I can't tell you how many times I've found a youtuber I follow playing a game I never heard of before and it drove me to buying said game.

At the end of the day, if the game is impressive enough, people will buy it regardless of whether they see Pewdiepie or anyone else play it on youtube.
