I'm not being snide at all. That was actually based on a saying. Anyone who thinks (much like all of us here) can put together probable cause when we question things because sometimes answers escape us. The words probable cause did get into my lingo after being a juror and paying attention to numerous major cases on television growing up.Once more, I wasn't being snide and I don't actually believe you have half a brain. I was just driving home the fact that anyone who employs their ability to think can assess a situation they cannot explain using probable cause. I actually think a lot of people on this site are quite intelligent. Its half the reason I stick around on forums in general.

No worries mate. I was shitting with you mostly.
So you were a juror. Never had the pleasure myself.
OT Metacritic doesn't seem to have as large a pool of reviewers as Rotten Tomatoes. So I prefer to use Rotten Tomatoes as a point of reference. Boyhood only has 49 reviews on metacritic and Slema only has 43. Compared to 255 reviews for Boyhood and 159 for Selma on Rotten Tomatoes. Boyhood is still better reviewed according to Rotten Tomatoes but the difference is less stark.
Also most reviews for Selma have noted the excellent acting of David Oyelowo. If there has been a snub for Selma it seems it was in the best actor department.

Do you use the tomatometer or the ratings?
