Why no PS PLUS type service on Wii U?

My thread didn't ask why they don't charge for online.  I meant a ps3 type service that offers free online and an optional subscription that for just $5 a month will offer you two games a month.  What sounds bad about That?

Well with nintendo you get games for buy games with no extra charge.
