Nintendo doesn't care about online gaming like sony and microsoft do, so there's really no point. Charging people $50 a year just to play mario kart and smash bros online? Plus they wouldn't have enough games to give for free anyway, they would just be Nintendo games pretty much everyone with the system already owns. I don't even think nintendo could get away with something as sleezy as that lol.
