It was essentially masked in the middle of an extremely positive conference- almost a side note- as they kept the spotlight on the lack of DRM, a focus on games and ultimately the $399 price tag. They had the goodwill of gamers in their hands at that point, and I think the lack of coverage in the media was a reflection of the careful planning and the luck Sony had with timing. Although I do remember there were still a few articles posted about the issue. |
PS4 could bite you a finger off each time you power it, that you wouldn't find a word about it in the gaming media... Gaming media is 1 of the most biased, incompetent & corrupt press you can read. Not all the press, but those who dictate the trends are... just my opinion...
