What Games Made You Say "Wow!" in the Previous Generations?

mario sunshine's animations were really spectacular for their time. LittleBigPlanet for PS3 was another one that took it to the next level. that said, because the wii wasn't much of a jump from the gamecube, i'm actually impressed with nintendo this generation.
