The funny thing about this is Japanese 3rd parties treat Nintendo consoles like sh*t.

Worse than the Western third parties that Nintendo fans always try to scapegoat.

What's Konami done for Wii U? Where's Square-Enix? Namco-Bandai, supposedly Nintendo's closest ally, are happy to take contracted projects from Nintendo, but they won't support the Wii U with their own internal IP ... the PS4/X1 get Tekken 7, the Wii U doesn't get a sniff.

Then there's Nintendo "loyal friend" Capcom, all they've given the Wii U is two HD ports of existing 3DS games and nothing else. Couldn't even be bothered to throw the Wii U a bone with a RE REmake port (available for PS3, PS4, X1, X360, PC) or Revelations 2, even though the Vita (Vita! lol) gets a port of it.

Japanese companies treat the Vita better than the Wii U. At least Western companies kinda tried for a couple of years with things like Zombi U, Rayman Legends, Call of Duty: BLOPS2 (best use of the Wiimote pointer in a shooter), Call of Duty: Ghosts, Splinter Cell, Batman: Arkham, Assassin's Creed III/IV, etc

Japan loves Nintendo consoles, handheld consoles that is.  Look at their sales and their game selections.  They're not big on home consoles so don't expect them to love the Wii U.  There are some great third party games like Square even gave them Braverly Default and making a sequel so don't talk like Nintendo's got no love from third party. Moreso than the PS Vita, but again Japan loves all handhelds better than home consoles.

You want to talk about loyalty? Capcom's loyalty?  You mean like how Monster Hunter has been exclusive to Nintendo that greatly increase their sales? or that there were countless Resident Evil games on the DS and 3DS.  Heck I'm still waiting for the Resident Evil Portable game that was coming out for PSP! And that's a Playstation brand where Resident Evil shined/started.

Another example about "loyalty" is Square.  Before PS3, 8/10 of Square's best selling games were on Playstation 1 &2, but when PS3 came out Square did sht for Playstation except give them multiplatforms.  PS3's best hope from Square was FF Versus XIII but look how that turned out.  And cause of shit like this Sony's like fck it lets create some new diverse games to catch everybody's attention.  And that paid off in the end because it seems PS4 is getting more support than PS3 did.

You can talk about loyalty and no love for Wii U, but it happens to all consoles whether you see it or not.  If anything Nintendo is at fault for not doing anything about third party support since N64. 3 to 4 geneartions later and it seems Nintendo is stuborn as ever.

...and at least its looking better than PS Vita.  If you go to ebgames.ca (Canada's Gamestop), there's no more Vita section.
