Key points (omitting the DS) Third party conspiracy: - There is no conspiracy -Nintendo has to own up to their mistakes (Primary problem) - Western third party definitely have a bias (Secondary problem)

Certainly fair. It's obvious Nintendo could do more, but folks have to realize that there's fault on the West end as well.
