A win is a win, right? And both versions should run comfortably above 30 fps if the game is more or less locked.
But whatever, pop-in of textures clearly shows the massive 40% advantage of the PS4. Oh no, I forgot, the hardware isn't to blame, it's the devs and the Xbox One holding the game back. Devs and MS are truly evil.
