Factor 5 neede to develop a game for the PS3 because they needed money like any other job. They didn't BLAME Nintendo for anything. Nintendo just wasn't ready yet. So in the meantime, instead of waiting and not making money, they cashed in on a PS3 game. Good or bad, they returned when Nintendo got settled and are working on their next project. Hopefully its good.
