Is Canada market really that small? NPD reports Nintendo's Wii tops Canada

Neither have 10m sales (through March) in US either. 360: 9.9m, Wii: 8.8m, PS3: 4.1m. Wii is generally in line with 10% of US sales, so is PS3. 360 is a little under, but not majorly.
