I can see Isaac, Dixie/King K. Rool or someone from the Rhythm Heaven series, but I haven't played them so I can't say I'd be too excited, and while Hades is all kinds of awesome, I find it unlikely they'll pull 3 characters from a game in a series that has no hints at a future. THAT BEING SAID, I of course have a dream list of unlikelys/3rd parties. That is, Sora from Kingdom Hearts (unlikely because Square Enix), Bayonetta (unlikely because uber M for Mature; most of her attacks involve stripping in some fashion), and Viewtiful Joe (long defunct series from Capcom). All three would be pretty easy to move into Smash I imagine, considering they're all in games with a lot of fighting and they all have lots of moves and abilities to choose from. They all would fit a lot easier into the goofy nature of Smash as compared to some Snake, who stuck out like a sore thumb.
