No, it's not. You clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

It really is, especially if they announce another game this year. I'm tired of 8  gyms, pokémon league, big evil team, snorlacks blocking your path, HM moves, typical ice cave, typical forest, professor tree, having no dad (except gen 3), etc. 

It's all rather bland these days.

The games have become so predictable, even the new Pokémon (new Eevee evolution, 3 starters of the same type, typical bird pokémon of the region, fossil pokémon, etc.)
