Did you see the pictures? It's hardly clear, only clear enough to distinguish foreign objects from your body.
And I don't understand how you can accept somebody feeling up your body, but not somebody looking at a scanner that checks for guns and whatnot. I don't understand how the second is that much worse. Not to mention you say a cop pats you down, but it's a "fucking stranger" running the scanner...pretty sure they're both "fucking strangers" patting you down or scanning you at an airport.
