Also, I wouldn't point to ports from the 360 when talking about high or low PC requirements...Assassin's Creed is pretty high I'd say, because Ubisoft sucks at porting to the PC.
Games made ground up for the PC are the best to use for requirement arguments...though Mass Effect does look pretty reasonable here.
