Should Sony and Valve sue Microsoft in Europe, over their Xbox App in Windows 10?

I could see that happening in EU but I don't know if Nintendo or Sony would bother with it though. I don't think that many people would use the xbox app just because it's in windows 10 and Sony is the market leader.
