Right, because Super Metroid and Metroid Prime aren't on top 50 game lists quite frequently on all sites. And Metroid Prime doesn't have the 15th highest metacritic score at a rounded 97%. It is quite obvious that the series is more acclaimed than, "here and IGN, and like 4 guys on YouTube." It is evidenced by your "overrated series" comment. If it is only cared about by such a subset of the internet gaming population, how is it overrated? 

Well, it is very overrated, that is definitely true. It was like an FPS dungeon crawler, how much more boring of a genre splice can you get? Especially when it had no multiplayer, and really bad controls.

Definitely true?? definitley YOUR truth, have you play the game?  Because Metroid Prime is one of the BEST games I´ve played EVER, for me that´s the true meaning of perfection in videogame, I loved the first even more than Wind Waker, and you are just saying **** about a game that you´ve probably never played more than 15 minutes. Metroid Prime very overrated? that´s the most silly thing I´ve heard today honestly imo :S
