I played Tomb Raider on Saturn, Sony then bought out the future games to only be on PS consoles. I think it was 2001 before it saw the light of day on another console in the US? I did eventually own a PSone though, so I was able to play the franchise.

Need for Speed I played first on 3DO, the next 2 or 3 entries only saw release on PS as far as consoles go. Not via any deal with Sony I assume, 3DO was long dead and gone by then, as was the Saturn, sadly.

The earlier NFS titles were also on Sega Saturn. EA kinda switched to PS1 only for a lot of games due to the awful sales of the Saturn versions. Resident Evil seemed to go down the same route. I wonder how many games Sony bought exclusivity on (I know they definitely did for Tomb Raider as that's why Tomb Raider 64 got canned) and how many was due to the Saturn bombing in comparison and the N64 having expensive cartridges.
