It was basically a program where you would redeem your Wii, DS, 3DS, and WIi U games using codes that came with the games.
You'd then fill surveys and get coins in your Club Nintendo account, which you could use to get exclusive rewards, like Game & Watch Collection for the DS, or even hanafuda cards.
Main problem with Club Nintendo's rewards is that they've really gone down in quality, at least in the U.S.
