I want more special treatment because I'm really loyal.
Personally, I don't want anything drastically different from the current program. Perhaps, instead of code pamphlets, whenever you pop in and start a new retail game, your balance and to-do list is automatically added to (with account linkage). This could make pre-owned games eligible. I also want the new program to get updated more, with plenty of free swag and discounts.
