Plus you would be asking Disney to limit their Disney/Pixar/Marvel and Starwars licenses to Nintendo consoles only.

It would be a disaster for Disney. What do you do, say Disney Infinity 3.0 is WiiU only and no longer on PlayStation and XBox?

 

Or do you only mean Nintendo could choose to make some games with those licenses while Disney keeps doing what they are doing? In that case Nintendo would be stretched incredibly thin and not making their own IP and/or new IP.

Not just Wii U but Wii U+3DS+Nintendo's next-gen devices. I do agree tho, Nintendo can't handle supporting all those franchises while making their own as well.
