They should sell it as it really doesn't offer anything for their core business.
This seems to be the idea behind all of the "M$ should sell of the Xbox Unit" comments. The odd thing is that M$ actually gets tie ins from the xbox itself into other parts of its business. Whereas the Mariners bring nothing to Nintendo's core business.
If I was a stockholder in Nintendo, I would keep it for the cashflow.
