Idea that would make Nintendo $1Billion

The reason why I thought Nintendo could use a big chunk of cash is because I always hear people complaining that they need to buy more devs and heavily invest in their next gen system(s). Can't think of a better way to get cash fast then by selling your billion dollar sports team.
