Both him and John Lucas did, but JL said it would only happen if the Wii launched in China and India, following the ancient scientific formula of; huge population = huge sales by default (I guess because he doesn't "believe" in demographics).
Avinash was a legend. He left in a hurry and never came back and he made even Crazzyman seemed grounded and reasonable.
