I watched the video the TC posted, and he was flagged for images in the video, specifically the one of Link jumping off Epona and drawing his bow from the E3 2014 footage, he used stills, not the video or music.
So I looked into this a bit further, and found out that Nintendo is going to be/has already(not too sure) be creating a Youtube affiliate program in which they intend to share ad revenue from the videos.

If Nintendo hasn't already launched this program, maybe they're getting ready to. Either way them claiming videos again would make sense.
