Exactly. If Sony had Halo then everyone would be all over that.

I like Sony, I think the PS2 is probably the greatest console of all time, but even though they were the console leaders they were terribly uninnovative. Without Microsoft entering the console race we'd probably be 6-7 years behind in terms of (console) gaming.
