Pretty much what everyone else is saying here. Also, $99 would be too much, given the PS TV isn't even $99.

Vita TV is $99 standalone, $129 with a controller, memory card and game.

I imagine this device would be $99 with all those things included.

That's not true any more. http://www.amazon.com/PlayStation-TV-vita/dp/B00KVMHSUM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1421728041&sr=8-1&keywords=Vita+TV

That's a retailer price cut, not an official price cut.

Amazon lists the official price first, then the price underneath as their cut price.

Look at Gamestop's price as well (this is the bundle) http://www.gamestop.com/ps4/accessories/playstation-tv-system-bundle/115549

Not convinced yet?  Look at Best Buy http://www.bestbuy.com/site/sony-playstation-tv-system-bundle/6732027.p?id=1219238019229&skuId=6732027

Walmart is the only one that has it still at $99, but Walmart always does this kind of shit http://www.walmart.com/ip/Sony-PlayStation-TV-System-VTE-1001/39403942

Target also has it listed as the same http://www.target.com/p/playstation-tv-bundle-with-dualshock-3-and-lego-movie-video-game-for-ps-vita/-/A-16564950#prodSlot=medium_1_1&term=Playstation+TV

I'm pretty sure the official price is lower.

Nope its not, go look at the Playstation website, it's still $99. Retailers cut the price due to poor sales.
