The Last Story and Pandora's Box are some of the best JRPGs in a console that really doesn't have much of those. They were some of the titles that inspired OP Rainfall.

Sonic colours is a mix between 2D and 3D gameplay, really good platforming. Fun story too (the dialogues are golden). More similar to Generations.

Seems interesting enough... will give a look at them... I played generations but even though I liked it I'm not sure why I couldn't make myself get over second world.
