Well depends on what your setup is and what you are doing.
If you have an average TV with motion blur maybe even with ghosting.
And you are playing fast games with AA and motion blur you cannot really that the image lacks half the details of a 1080p scene. (Human eye does have bad motion resolution anyway. TVs also have thats why they always show stills or slomo footage in stores)
If its a still image then totally. Because I have enough time to spot everything.
