If you are not interested in playing Xenoblade, having Super Stable 3D, or the improved processing power, then no, it is not worth it. If you ARE interested in all of that and more, then yes it is worth the money, also Gamestop is having a deal where if you trade in your 3DS XL or PSV, you can get 100$ off the New 3DS XL.
