Can You Tell The Difference Between 30fps and 60fps?

Yes. I generally don't mind 30 FPS on console but for some reason on PC i will go out of my way to lower graphics settings if necessary in order to hit a consistent 60 FPS because it's almost painful otherwise. Maybe it has something to do with sitting closer to the screen.
