That's why these videos are half speed... you are supposed to double the speed, it's the easiest way to get to real 60hz-video-streams and double the bandwith (less artifacts) on YouTube.

And of course the differences in this video are minimal... all home console versions of Rayman Legends are 60 fps, even the 360 + PS3.
