Even if it's a bot, isn't it Nintendo that controls whether the bot searches for their content. If not than yes, we are being a bit premature. I agree it is a bot, being that Nintendo would more than likely NOT file for that many music copyright violations, they wouldn't need to. They would only need to file one, and it would be a waste of time to file them all but still. If they control what the bot searches for, they need to adjust what it searches for. However, I have seen full Nintendo cutscene movies that are not flagged. It winds up being a "if the shoe fits" thing. |
I just wish that the people in the actual Youtube comments on this video got the idea. But no, instead of just reasonably being annoyed, they're screaming to high heaven that Nintendo needs to die and are still operating like the 90's.
Nintendo has even said that they would like to work with other Youtube channels, with interviews of Miyamoto himself and Bill Trinen with popular Youtubers like Smosh and iJustine, even playing a few rounds of Mario Kart. They may not be my or anybody on this site's thing, but they're still trying to get out there.
I don't know much about this Copyright stuff, but I just have a feeling that there's more to what Joe's dillema is than, "Durr, we don't want you to play our games on the internet."
