Even if it's a bot, isn't it Nintendo that controls whether the bot searches for their content. If not than yes, we are being a bit premature. I agree it is a bot, being that Nintendo would more than likely NOT file for that many music copyright violations, they wouldn't need to. They would only need to file one, and it would be a waste of time to file them all but still. If they control what the bot searches for, they need to adjust what it searches for. However, I have seen full Nintendo cutscene movies that are not flagged. It winds up being a "if the shoe fits" thing.
