Hmm it looks like its mainly the music that got copyrighted but yea, Nintendo hates it when you but their music on YouTube and as much as I dont like it, it is their music afterall. I believe if you put music from other artists like Eminem, you will receive one too

That's not true.  Over 99% of music artists who make copyright claims on YouTube don't strike the video or take it down.  They simple claim the song and all ad revenue from that video goes to them. It's easy money nintendo is losing out on plus the free advertising.  They hurt themselves so much with this backward policy.

Well, I am pretty sure Nintendo is doing the samething... Cause if you look at 1:11, it says "your video is avaliable and playable" which leads me to believe that all that Nintendo (or rather the bots) did was just getting all the ad revenue and not actually shutting down the video

Oh and I also don't really believe in the notion of "this is free advertising" cause imo, I highly doubt the sales of a game can increase due to "Lets Plays" to a significant margin (unless they are very cheap or free to play) so neh. If anything, more often than not, it does the exact opposite

I disagree with this view. I buy a majority of my games after watching some sort of Let's Play. Reviews are simply not trustworthy anymore. I would much rather watch a bunch of gameplay and decide if it is for me. If there were no Let's Plays I might not have been willing to take the risk on some of the new franchises I've gotten into. The most recent being Ys: Memories of Celceta and Freedom Wars on Vita, both of which turned out to be amazing games.
