The thing I love the most about Splatoon (aside from it looking fucking awesome) is it shows their is a future once Miyamoto is gone, once the old gaurd is gone.
This is a game by a first time director and the other guy its just his 2nd game directing (the first was some Brain Age game on Wii).
If Nintendo have more young devs like this coming up in the next few years maybe I can be excited for them as a company again.
