Well, I am pretty sure Nintendo is doing the samething... Cause if you look at 1:11, it says "your video is avaliable and playable" which leads me to believe that all that Nintendo (or rather the bots) did was just getting all the ad revenue and not actually shutting down the video
Oh and I also don't really believe in the notion of "this is free advertising" cause imo, I highly doubt the sales of a game can increase due to "Lets Plays" to a significant margin (unless they are very cheap or free to play) so neh. If anything, more often than not, it does the exact opposite
