particularly considering not much happens in the summer. splatoon in may (probably around the same time mk8 released last year) is a stroke of genius.

i think mario maker's a june title, tho... hope it gets a proper retail release with some snazzy retro boxart instead of being download-only.

They have been pushing Mario Maker way too hard for it to be just a digital title.

also the whole 30th anniversary thing. i mean, they completely botched the 25th with that wii port of all-stars, so a nice box would, you know, be nice...
